Our Approach – An eclectic mix of theories, toys and open-ended resources supporting child-initiated learning and development.
A child-initiated pedagogy is recognised by respecting children’s individual and collective views, interests and motivations. Instructional practices that support child-initiated activities promote children’s self-determination and their cognitive and social development.
Within our nurseries we understand that every child is different. We ensure that they receive the care and education they need to reach their full potential.
It is our intent that children learn the key transferable life skills that allow them to move along the development milestones.
By using skilful practitioners to implement individual planned activities as well as grasping opportunities in the moment to build on children’s knowledge and scaffold their learning so that the children will work towards the next stage of development with guidance, support and love.
Reflective practice and observations support how to measure the impact of the learning environment and where appropriate, changes are made to ensure that every child is progressing to their own potential
